Contributor Profit Participation Policy (CPPP)
All contributors & interns at Rural Games operate under our official Contributor Profit Participation Policy (CPPP). Key framework details:
Profit Participation: Up to 90% of Net Profit generated during the first 12 months following a project's commercial release is allocated to the Contributor Distribution Pool.
Eligibility Criteria: Contributors become eligible after remaining active for at least 3 continuous months, making material project contributions, and remaining active through official commercial release.
Unpaid Internship Terms: Initial positions do not offer fixed monthly salary or guaranteed future compensation. Rewards are distributed post-launch based on contribution quality and project profit performance under CPPP rules.
